Wexford Information Networks for the Community (WINC Ltd)

WINC Ltd, t/a Westgate Computer Centre, is a Registered Charity (Charity Number CHY18677) established in 1999 by Wexford County Council. The company aims to:

• create access for the people of Co Wexford to quality training courses
• help individuals achieve their full potential
• equip them with the necessary skills to access, shape and gain competitive advantage from Information & Communication Technologies (ICT)

Westgate Computer Centre has a commitment to the provision of educational opportunities to meet local needs. Through developing links with local Community Groups we provide tuition for a wide range of courses within the community.

We provide training to community and voluntary groups, elderly people, individuals, local SMEs, the person with 'no time for courses', organisations dealing with disabilities, semi-state companies, local authorities, children with learning differences and government departments.

We have courses at all levels and these courses can be availed of either by private lessons or small class groups. Training is delivered in Wexford, Enniscorthy, Raheen Family Resource Centre (TTRS only) or your own home or office.

We put a particular emphasis on providing access to IT for individuals, groups and communities from areas of disadvantage, in order to narrow the gap between those who have and those who have not.

We also aim to help create a skilled workforce in Wexford with the provision of IT training programmes that are industry accredited.
